All account balances, deposits, and withdrawals on the aa45 platform are denominated in Philippine pesos (PHP). Deposits may be made through GCash, Maya, and other approved Philippine payment channels as listed in the Finance section of the platform. aa45 does not accept cash deposits or payments made through unauthorised third-party intermediaries. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible, and all withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance checks before funds are released. Each offer is subject to its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, expiry dates, minimum odds restrictions, and eligible markets, which will be clearly stated at the point of the offer. Bonuses are credited to your account for use on the platform and may not be withdrawn as cash unless the applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied. aa45 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Abuse of promotional offers — including but not limited to using multiple accounts, providing false information, or placing offsetting bets — will result in the forfeiture of any bonus balance and may lead to account suspension. aa45 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. aa45 does not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, aa45 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the platform. aa45's total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms and Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account in the thirty days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
